GAZ (EXTRA) SEPT , 13,2019 (BHDR_ 22, 1941 SAKA) 601 [Authorised English Translation] HARYANA GOVERNMENT HOME DEPARTMENT Notification The 13th September, 2019 No: S0.69/C.^.29/2005/5.25/2019 __ In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) [cad with subsection (2) of section 25 of the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Sct,o2005 (Central Act 29 0f 2005), the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules oegulating he manner of providing security by the private security agencies t0 cash transportation activities namely: 1. (4) These rules may be called the Haryana Private Security Agencies (Private Security Short title and to Cash Transportation Activities) Rules, 2019. Commencement (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette 2. In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires; Definitions: (a) Act" means the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act; 2005 (Central Act 29 of 2005); (6) 'ATM" means the automatic teller machine that dispenses cash or performs other banking services when a account holder of any bank inserts & Bank card therein; Explanation For the purposes of this clause, "Bank card" includes credit card or debit card; "cash handling agency" 'cash replenishment agency" or cash-in-transit agency" means an agency or entity, by whatever name called, engages in cash transportation activities; d) "cash transportation activities" means the physical transfer of cash, such as bank notes, coins, credit card, debit card or other items of value from one location to another, and includes loading cash in T0, or unloading cash from; an A TM machine; "private security" or "private security agency" shall have the same meaning a5 assigned to it in clause (f) or clause (g) of section 2 ofthe
