Subject:- Clarification , regarding training under Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act,2005 [PSAR Act] . Sir , I am directed to state that Controlling Authority (under PSAR Act) , Delhi vide letters dated 19/07/2017 and 24/08/2017 has brought to the notice of this Ministry that States refuse to accept training certificates issued by the training centres of other States . 2 . In this regard , it is clarified that Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act , 2005 does not restrict trained guards from being employed/engaged in other States . The training certificates issued to the guards/supervisors from training centres in one State may therefore be accepted in other States also .
