In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (2) of section 25 of the Private Security AgenciesC Regulation) Act; 2005(Central Act 29 of 2005), the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules regulating the grant or renewal of license to a private security agency, namely Short title. 1. These rules may be called the Haryana Private Security Agencies Rules, 2009. Definitions. 2.
