Short title ami commencement*- { I) These rules may he called the Rajasthan Medical & 1 leallh Service (. Promotion under Dynamic Assured Career Progression (DACP) Scheme.- (1) .Notwithstanding anything contained in rule 25 and subject to the provisions of rule 24 R13.
