GOVERNMENT QF RAJASTHAN DEPARTMENT OF PERSONNEL (A GR:II) No, F+ ()opla-| 86 Dated: 3 -0/-Rc)R NOTIFICATION In exerclse of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constituton 0f India; the Governcr of Rajasthan hereby makes the following Fules further to amend the Rajasthan Medical and Health Service Rulas, 1963, namely 1. Short title and commencemant- (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Mecical and Health Service (Fitt Amandment) Rules 2012 (2) They shall be deemed to have come in to force with effect from 11-07-2011. 2. Amondmant of rule 2,- In rule 2 of tha Rajasthan Madical and Health Service Rulas; 1963, herein after referred to a8 the said rules, after ine existing clause (a) and befare tha existing clause (b) , the followng new clause (aa) Bhall be inserted, namely: - "(aa) "Cadre" maans cadre of the pasts includad In the service and the person appointed under these rules or appointed under the Rajasthan Rural Medical and Haalth Services Rules 2008 and deemed to have been appointed under these rules a8 per the provisions af the Rajasthan Rural Medical and Health Service (Repeal) Rules, 2011 shall be te membar of the respective cadre;' 3. Amondment ot rule 27 ," After the existing last proviso to rule 27 of the sald rules; te following naw proviso at the next serial number shall be added, namely "that the person appointed under the Rajasthan Medical and Health Service Rules, 1983 in the year 2008 through Rajasthan Public Service Commission shall be senior to the person appointed under the Rajasthan Rural Medical and Health Service Rules; 2008 in the year 2008. 4, Amendment of Schedule-I-The existing serial number 1 to 15 and entries thereto of Schedule-I appended to the said rules shall be substituted by the following, namely: 8 2o14 5Z A
