II) No. F. 1 (2 ) DOP / A-II /86 Jaipur, dated l1‘3-/o NOTIFICATION In the exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Rajasthan hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan Medical and Health Service Rules, 1963, namely: - Short title and com m encem ent.- (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Medical and Health Service (Amendment) Rules, 2010.
