II) No. F.1 (2 ) DOP / A-II /86 Jaipur, dated 19-3-/0 NOTIFICATION In the exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Rajasthan hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan Medical and Health Service Rules, 1963, namely: 1 Short title and commencement _ (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Medical and Health Service (Amendment) Rules, 2010. (2) They shall come into force with immediate effect 2 Amendment of Schedule I 5 In Schedule-I appended to the Rajasthan Medical and Health Service Rules, 1963,- (i) the existing serial number 4 and entries there to shall be substituted by the following; namely: - 9 /&/0 2 4, State 100% by Leprosy Promotion Officer Distt: Leprosy Officer 1_ Must have 5 years experience on the post of District Leprosy Officer or 10 years experience on the post of Senior Medical Officer after regular selection. Must have at least 45 days training in Leprosy Eradication Programme in any Institution recognized by Medical Council of India/Government of Rajasthan, and Must have 5 years field experience in Leprosy Control Programme: or Senior Medical Officer 2 3 hYlr -3- (ii) the existing serial number 10 and entries there to shall be substitutec by the following; namely: 10.District 100% by Leprosy transfer from Officer Senior Medical Officer Senior Medical Officer 1 Must have five years experience in the field of Leprosy Eradication Programme after regular selection on the post mentioned in Col. No. 3 Preference will be given to persons having Post Graduate Degree in Medicine or Skin & VD or Preventive & Social Medicine. Must have at least 45 days training in Leprosy Eradication Programme in any institution r
