NOTIFICATION in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Rajasthan hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan Medical and Health Service Rules, 1963r namely Short title and commencement- (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Medical and Health Service (f. Amendment) Rules 2014. They shall be deemed to have oome in to force with effect from 11-07-2011 2- Amendment o f rule 2.- In rule 2 of the Rajasthan Medical and Health Service Rules, 1963, herein after referred to as the said rules, after the existing clause {a) end before the existing clausa (b), the following new clausa (aa) shall be inserted, namely:- "(aa) "Cadre11 means cadre of the posts included in the service and the person appointed under these rules or appointed under the Rajasthan Rural Medical and Health Services Rules, 2008 and deemed to have been appointed under these rules as per the provisions of the Rajasthan Rural Medical and Health Service (Repeal) Rules, 2011 shall be the member of the respective cadre;1' Amendment of rule 27.- After the existing last proviso to rule 27 of the said rules, the following new proviso at the next serial number shall be added, namely : 'that the person appointed under the Rajasthan Medical and Health Service Rules, 1963 in the year 2008 through Rajasthan Public Service Commission shall be senior to the person appointed under the Rajasthan Rural Medical and Health Service Rules, 2008 in the year 2008."
