GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN DEPARTMENT OF PERSONNEL (A-Gr.II) NoF I(2)DOPIAII/86 Dated: 3.0/-20/2 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India the Governor of Rajasthan hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan Medical and Health Service Rules, 1963, namely: 1. Short title and commencement-(1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Medical and Health Service GutendAmendment) Rules,2012. (2) They shall come in to force with immediate effect. 2 Amendment of rule 22A - In rule 22A of the Rajasthan Medical and Health Service Rules, 1963, before the existing explanation, the following new proviso shall be inserted, narely:- "Provided that the person having Super Specialization Degreel Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in any speciality recognised by the Medical Council of India may be posted in area other than the rral area By Order and the name of the Governor; (Nalini Kathotia) Deputy Secretary to the Government 4/12
