GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN DEPARTMENT OF PERSONNEL {A-Gr.HI) No.F. 1(2)DOP/A-I/86 Dated; 3.18-& /2 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 ofthe Constitution of India; the Governor of Rajasthan hereby make the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan Medical and Health Service Rules, 1963, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement - (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Medicai and Health Service (I Amendment) Rules, 2012. (2) They shall be deemed to have come in to force with effect from 20.12.2011 2. Amendment of rule 28_ 7" After the existing proviso to sub-rule (1) of rule 28 of the Rajasthan Medical and Health Service Rules, 1963,the following new proviso shall be added, namely: - "Provided further that & Medical Officer shali be placed as probationer trainee for & period of one year"'.
