GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN DEPARTMENT OF PERSONNEL (A-Gr.H) No. F l(2)DOP/A-II/86 Dated: 04.10.2013 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Rajasthan hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan Medical and Health Service Rules, 1963, namely:* Short title and commencement.^ 1) ITiese rules may he called the Rajasthan Medical and Health Service ( Third Amendment) Rulcs.2013, (2) They shall come in to force with effect from 06-09-2011. Amendment of rule 16.- In rule 16 of the Rajasthan Medical and Health Service Rules, 1963, herein after referred to as the said rules for the existing expression "by the Appointing Authority by advertising the vacancies to be filled, in the Official Gazette of in such other manner, as may be deemed fit by the Appointing Authority" the expression " by the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences by advertising the vacancies to be filled, in the Official Gazette or in such other manner, as they deem fit" shall be substituted. Amendment of rule 17.- In rule 17 of the said rules, for the existing word "Director", the expression ''Registrar, Rajasthan University of Health Sciences" shall be substituted. Amendment of rule 18.- In rule 18 of the said rules, for the existing expression "Director", the expression "Registrar, Rajasthan University of Health Sciences" shall be substituted. Amendment of rule 19.- In rule 19 of the said rules,- (i) for the existing expression "Director, Medical and Health Service" the expression "the Registrar. Rajasthan University of Health Sciences" shall he substituted. (ii) for (he existing expression "received by the Appointing Authority and", the expression "received and" shall be substituted.
