Published in the Extra-ordinary Rajpatra of Himachal Pradesh Govt: dated 23.5.1981 FOOD AND SUPPLIES DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION th Shimla-2, the 14 April 1981 No. FDS.A (3) 15/80- In pursuance of clause 23(1) of the Himachal Pradesh Trade Articles (Licensing and Control) Order, 1981, the Governor; Himachal Pradesh is pleased to authorize all the Executive Magistrates, District Inspector; Food & Supplies, Inspector Food & Supplies and Sub-Inspector, Food & Supplies to exercise all the powers of paragraph (a) to (e) of sub-clause (1) of cluse 23 of the aforesaid order within their respective territorial jurisdictions.
