(c). (d), (e), (f;, (8), (h), (I), (iil and (J) of sub-section (2) thereof and for tbe matter of prohibition of. or the imposition of restrictions on. the storase of foodlituffll shall be exercisable also by the Government cf SikJ;illl subject to the following conditions, namely:- that such powers that before making Rn order relating to- (a) any matter spccifled in the said clauses (n), (c), (f) or (!.!). or (b) distribution or disposal of foodstuffs to place!! outsk.e the Slate or in regard to regulation ot transport of ROYfood!ltllff, under the said clause (d), or (c) prohibition or. or the imposition or restrictions on. the storage of foodl.tuffs, the prior concurrence of the Central Government shall be obtained, and that in making an order relating to Ilny of the matters specified in the said clause () [No. 3(OENL) (7)/75.D&R(I)·3S] L.
