RAJASTHAN GOVERNMENT FOOD AND CIVIL SUPPLIES DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Jaipur, July 28, 2023 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (Central Act No. 10 of 1955) read with orders of the Government of India in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution published vide S.O. 2423 (E) dated 02.06.2023 and S.O. 2566 (E) dated 12.06.2023, the State Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Rajasthan Trade Articles (Licensing and Control) Order, 1980, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This order may be called the Rajasthan Trade Articles (Licensing and Control) (Amendment) Order, 2023. (2) It shall come into force with immediate effect. 2. Amendment of Schedule II.- In Schedule II appended to the Rajasthan Trade Articles (Licensing and Control) Order, 1980,- (i) for the period upto 31 October, 2023, after the existing serial number 7 and entries thereto, the following new serial number 8 and entries thereto shall be added, namely:- ''8. Pulses namely tur and urad (for the period upto31 October, 2023).''; and (ii) for the period upto 31 March, 2024, after serial number 8 and entries thereto, so added, the following new serial number 9 and entries thereto shall be added, namely:- ''9.
