Con._ Sugarcane.--In exercise cf the powers cunferred by section of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955) , the Central Gov- ernment hereby makes the following Order_ namely 1. (1) This Order may be called the Sugarcane (Control) Second Amendment Order; 1967. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette: 2.
