In exercise the powers conferred by sub section (i) of section 35 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act; 1960 (59 of 1960) and in continuation of the Haryana Government; Animal Husbandry and Dairying Department Notification No: 1305(CFMS)-AH-4-2022/2886 dated 26.05.2022, the Governor of Haryana is hereby De-notify the infirmaries namely Gau Manav Seva Trust, Village Uncha Ghav; Ballabhgarh, district Faridabad and notify Devashray Gaushala, Sarvodaya Foundations, Neemka, Faridabad as new infirmaries for the purpose of the said section ANKUR GUPTA, Additional Chief Secretary to Government Haryana, Animal Husbandry and Dairying Department: 10787 CS.
