Payments Irom the Toa Fund_(1) All payments_made by thc Central Government to the Board under section 28 of the Act out of the proceeds of the_ cess levied under sub-section (1) of gection 25 of the Act shall be debited to the Major Head '43-Industries and Supplles' _ (2) Payments by or on behalf of the Board shall bc made in cash or by cheque drawn against currcnt account of the Board [No. 32(7) Plant/55:} P.
