Delinition.—In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires :— "Act" means the Electricity Act, 2003; "Commission" means the Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission constituted under Section 82 of The Electricity Act. 2003; "Chairperson" means the Chairperson of Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission; (d): "Form" means a form appended to these Rules; • "Schedule" means a schedule appended to thee rules; Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO)" means an officer designated by the Commission to draw and make payment on behalf of the Commission; "Ascounts Officer" means an officer responsible for accounts function as nominated by Chairman. *Jim 550) .
