WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the West Bengal Relief of Rural Indebtedness Act, 1975, for the purpose and in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted in the Twenty-seventh Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:-- 1. (I) This Act may be called the West Bengal Relief of Rural Short title. Indebtedness (Amendment) Act, 1976. 2. In clause (h) of Section 2 of the West Bengal Relief of Rural Amendment Indebtedness Act, 1975, sub-clauses (vi) and (viii) shall be omitted. of Section 2 of West Ben. Act XLVI of 1975. 191
