Section 134

Payment of compensation or damages on transfer . –N –Notwithstanding anything contained in the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947) or any other law for the time being in force and except for the provisions made in this Act, the transfer of the employment of the officers and employees referred to in sub -section (1) of section 133 shall not entitle such officers and employees to any compensation or damages under this Act, or any other Central or State law, save as provided in the transfer scheme.
