Powers of State Governments to make rules . – (1) The State Government may, by notification, make rules for carrying out the provisions of this Act.

180. Powers of State Governments to make rules . – (1) The State Government may, by notification, make rules for carrying out the provisions of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:– (a) the payment of fees for application for grant of licence under sub-section (1) of section 15; (b) the works of licensees affecting the property of other persons under sub-section (2) of section 67;
