(3) These Regulations shall extend to the whole State of Goa and Union Territories of Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Chandigarh, Dadra & Nagar Haveli; Daman & Diu; Puducherry and Lakshadweep. 1.22 Definitions (1) In these Regulations the following words and expressions shall, unless the subject matter or context otherwise requires or is inconsistent therewith, bear the following meanings: Act The Electricity Act; 2003 (Act No 36 of 2003) as amended from time to time A test laboratory accredited by National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL); The electrical energy produced, flowing or supplied by an electric circuit during a time interval, being the integral with respect to time of the instantaneous power, measured in units of watt-hours or standard multiples thereof;, The product of voltage and the in-phase component of alternating current measured in units of watts and standa
