GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN Energy Department NOTIFICATION No. F22(21) Energy/94 /part Jaipur, dated :31.05.2016 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (0) of sub-section (2) of section 180 of the Electricity Act; 2003 (Central Act No. 36 of 2003) and sub-regulation (1) of regulation 29 of the Central Electricity Authority (Measures relating to Safety and Electric Supply) Regulations, 2010 the State Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: CHAPTER- [ Preliminary 1.
