These regulations extend to the whole of the State of Bihar: These regulations shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. (3 2_ Definitions In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires "Act" means the Electricity Act; 2003 (36 of 2003); (b) Agenda" means the list of business proposed to be transacted at meeting of the State Advisory Committee; "Commission' means the Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission; "Chairman' means the Chairman of the Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission; "Committee" means State Advisory Committee; "Committee Member' means member of State Advisory Committee other than member of the Commission; "Member" means a member of the Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission; h) "Officer' means an officer of the Commission; "Regulations' means the Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission State Advisory Committee Regulations, 2005; "Secretary' means Secretary of the Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission: Words and expressions used and not defined in the Regulations but defined in the Act shall ha
