G./2020. - S In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub-section (l) of Section 153 of the ElectricrtyAct, 2003 (No. 36 of 2003), the State Government, in consultation with the High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Memo No. 1690/Checker/Ill-6-1/2005, Bilaspur dated04-02-2020, hereby, makes the following amendment in this departrnent's previous notifications mentioned below and constitute the Special Court as specified in column no. (2) in relation to the area in the corresponding entries in column no. (3) thereof, and appoints the Judges specified in column no.
