No. NOTIFICATION Dated: 1 st January, 2005 No. HPERC/Secy/151/2004.- The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission in exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (g), (zg) and (zl) of sub--section (2) of section 181, read with clause (g) of sub-section (1) of section 86 and sub-sections (1) of section 92, of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Act No.36 of 2003) and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, after previous publication, hereby makes the following regulations, namely,- CHAPTER -1 PRELIMINARY Short title, extent and commencement.(1) These regulations may be called the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005.
