Whereas the draft of the Central Electricity Authority (Furnishing of Statistics, Returns and Information) Regulations, 2006 were published, as required by Sub-section (3) of Section 177 of the Electricity Act; 2003 (36 of 2003), read with rule 3 of the Electricity (Procedure for Previous Publication) Rules, 2005; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sectionl77, read with Section 74 and clause (i) of Section 73 of the Electricity Act; 2003, the Central Electricity Authority hereby Makes the following regulations, namely:- CENTRAL ELECTRICITY AUTHORITY (FURNISHING OF STATISTICS, RETURNS AND INFORMATION) REGULATIONS, 2007 . 1.
