In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- section and clause (0) of Sub- section (2) of Section 180 of the Electricity Act, 2003 Central Act 36 of 2003) and in supersession of Punjab Government, Irrigation and Power Department, notification No. S.O. 133-4EL-62/22977, dated the 17th September; 1962 in its application to the State of Haryana and all other notifications issued in this regard, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules for regulating the terms and conditions for the grant of electrical contractor licence, certificate of competency and wireman permit to carry out the purpose of regulation 29 of the Central Electricity Authority (Measures relating to Safety and Electric Supply) Regulations, 2010,namely 13 These rules may be called the Haryana Electrical Contractor Licence, Certificate of Short title, Competency and Wireman Permit Rules, 2021. commencement and applicability.
