QA. # 711A # 24 5171, 533 534 709271 TNJTI, ferir 7 7 2012 No. F 2-4-2012-XIII ~In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of Section 180 read with sub-section (1) of Section IS of the Electricity Act; 2003 (36 of 2003), the State Government, hereby, makes the following Rules regarding Application Fees for grant of License for transmission and distribution of Electricity within the State, namely RULES 1. Short Title, Extent and Commencement - (1) These Rules may be called the Application Fees for Grant of License Rules, 2012. (2) It Shall extend to the whole of the State of Madhya Pradesh. (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Definitions -~In these Rules, unless the c
