No. SPC 1314/C.R. 67/D-IX-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2), (3) and of section 153 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003), the Government of Maharashtra, with the concurrence of the Honble Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court of Judicature at Mumbai, hereby appoints all the Sessions Judges,. Additional Sessions Judges and Ad-hoc Additional Sessions Judges, to preside over the Special Courts constituted under sub-section (1) of 153 of the said Act, to exercise jurisdiction and power under the said Act, for the area comprising within the sessions division for which they are appointed under section 9 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. The Principal District and Sessions Judge of the concerned district shall distribute the special cases filed under the said Act amongst all the Judges By order and in the name of the Governor of Maharashtra, Dr. PRADNYA KASAR, Section Officer.
