In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (k) of sub-section (2) of Section 31 of the Tamil Nadu Infrastructure Development Act; 2012 (Tamil Nadu Act 22 of 2012), the Tamil Nadu Infrastructure Development Board hereby makes the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu Infrastructure Development Board Regulations, 2013. 2 The amendment hereby made shall come into force on the 21st day of November 2019.
