In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (k) of sub-section (2) of Section 31 of the Tamil Nadu Infrastructure Development Act, 2012 (Tamil Nadu Act 22 of 2012), the Tamil Nadu Infrastructure Development Board hereby makes the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu Infrastructure Development Board Regulations, 2013. The amendment hereby made shall come into force on the 21st day of November 2019. Amendment In the said Regulations, in regulation 6, to sub-regulation (2), the following proviso shall be added, namely:- "Provided that the validity of the panel may be extended for a further period, not exceeding six months".
