N@IIEICAIIOn In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 25 of the Tripura Excise Act; 1987 (Tripura Act No.l2 of 1987) and in partial modilication o the Finance Department's Notification number F.Il-1(l)-EX/2004 dated 06-11-2013, the Governor is pleased to direct that Excise Duty be imposed on import/lifting of India Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) and Beer at the following rates with eflect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Tripura Gazette.
