NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Rule (2) of Rule 26 of the Tripura Excise Rules, 1990 (as amended upto 2015), the extra fees to be payable by the licensee of retail vend of Foreign Liquor and Country Liquor shops of the State on grant of permission to store liquor at a place other than the licensed premises (additional go-down) is being prescribed as under, which shall be applicable from the date of publication of this Notification in the Tripura Gazette. Category Rates applicable No. 1 For the FL & CL shops located within Rs. 10 / per sq, feet per the Agartala Municipal Corporation additional go-down per month: area_ For the FL & CL shops located in other 2_ Municipal areas other than the Agartala Rs. 7 / - per sq: feet per Municipal Corporation area and for the additional g0-down per month_ different Nagar Panchayat areas of the State.
