Dated the Agartala, 1~ /07 /2016 In excerise of the powers conferred by Rule 256A of the Tripura Excise Rules, 1990, Warehousing Fee is being prescribed for storing of finished product for distillery 9.50/- per Case with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Tripura Gazette. 2 . . . I In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 25( 1 }(f} of the Tripura Excise Act, 1987 (Tripura Act No. 12 of 1987), Bottling Fee is also being prescribed for production/manufacture of India Made Foreign Liquor(in short IMFL) by any distillery of the State @ ~ 11.09 I- per BL with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Tripura Gazette.
