3. Subs. by Act 1 of 2018, s. 19, for “register the charge within the period specified in section 77” (w.e.f. 7-5-2018). (2) A register kept in pursuance of this section shall be open to inspection by any person on payment of such fees as may be prescribed for each inspection.
