No act or proceeding of the Governing Council shall be invalidated merely by reason of,- — U. P. ACT No. 19 of 2004

No act or proceeding of the Governing Council shall be invalidated merely by reason of,-

8. No act or proceeding of the Governing Council shall be invalidated merely by reason of,- (a) Any vacancy in, or any defect in the Constitution of, the Governing Council; or (b) Any defect in the appointment of a person acting as an expert -member of the Governing Council; or (c) Any irregularity in the procedure adopted by the Governing Council not affecting the merits of the case.
