(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Authority or any member or officer of employee of the Authority for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder.

31. (1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Authority or any member or officer of employee of the Authority for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder. (2) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Authority or any member or officer or employees of the Authority for any damage caused of likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder.
