Ms. No. 50, Agriculture (AP5), 27th February 2018, ñ£C 15, «ýM÷‹H, F¼õœÀõ˜ Ý‡´-2049.] No.II(2)/AG/412/2018.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 37 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (Central Act, 46 of 1968) wherein the State Government is empowered to enact rules, the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby notifies the State Pesticides Testing Laboratories at Cuddalore, Erode and Theni as State Pesticides Testing laboratories cum Coding Centres for the whole State of Tamil Nadu for coding or analysis of the pesticide samples in the State Pesticides Testing laboratories in respect of samples received from Insecticide Inspectors in the State of Tamil Nadu for all the insecticides as defined under clause (e) Section 3 of the said Act.
