8TR 5aq 3THIERUT 7uTc , 3TT, 2018 Iv pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) o Article 348 of the Constitution of Jndia; the Govemor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no - 2701XV-3-2018-03-2018, dated August 1, 2018: No. 270/LXV-3-2018-03-2018 Dated Lucknow, August 1,2018 IN exercise of the powers conferred under section 79 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (Act no. 49 of 2016), read with rule 21 of the Uttar Pradesh Divyangjan Adhikar Niymawali_ 2017,the Governor is pleased to appoint Dr. Satish Kumar Srivastava as the State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities. 2 Dr. Satish Kumar Srivastava shall resign or seek retirement from service under State Government befor he joins as State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities. 3 . Dr. Satish Kumar Srivastava shall be appointed as State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities for a period of three years from the date on which he assumes office or till he attains the age of Sixty five years, whichever is earlier. Salary, Allowances; other terms and conditions of his service as State Commissioner shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Divyangjan Adhikar Niymawali; 2017.
