(1) The Karya Samiti shall consist of — (a) the Adhyaksha, (b) 2[ * * * ] (c) chairman of the committees specified in clauses (b) to (e) of sub -section (1) of section 64, (d) three or six persons to be elected by the members of the 3 [Zila Panchayat] out of themselves, according as the number of such members is up to forty or above forty.
