Section 91
(1) The 3 [Karya Samiti] shall assist the 1 [Kshettra Panchayat] in the performance of its functions in relation to finance taxation 4 [economic development] and general administration and shall exercise and perform such powers, duties and functions as are , —
91. (1) The 3 [Karya Samiti] shall assist the 1 [Kshettra Panchayat] in the performance of its functions in relation to finance taxation 4 [economic development] and general administration and shall exercise and perform such powers, duties and functions as are , —
(i) required to be exercised or performed by it under this Act ; or
(ii) delegated to it by the 1 [Kshettra Panchayat] under section 80.
(2) The 3 [Vitta Evam Vikas Samiti] shall assist the 1 [Kshettra Panchayat] in the exercise of its powers and performance of its duties and functions in relation to improvement in the field of agriculture, co-operation, animal husbandry, minor irrigation, rural industries and production works and such other powers, duties and functions as are , —
(i) required to be exercised or performed by it under this Act ; or
(ii) delegated to the 3 [Vitta Evam Vikas Samiti] by the 1 [Kshettra Panchayat] under section 80.
(3) The 3 [Samata Samiti] shall assist the 1 [Kshettra Panchayat] in the exercise of powers and performance of duties and functions in relation to improvement in the field of health, sanitation 5[social justice] women welfare, youth welfare and constructive programmes and such other powers, duties and functions as are , —
(i) required to be exercised or performed by it under the Act ; or
(ii) delegated to the 3 [Samata Samiti] by the 1 [Kshettra Panchayat] under section 80.
