7 . Subs. by sec. 23(c) of U. P. Act no. 44 of 2007. Constitution of committees (6) The constitution of the committees specified in sub-sections (2) and (3) of section 87 shall be as may be prescribed. (7) In the event of a casual vacancy in the seat of a member or in the office of the Chairman or Vice -Chairman a member, Chairman ViceChairman, as the case may be, shall be elected for the remainder of the term of the committee in the manner, as far as may be, in which his predecessor had been elected.
