37. Nothing in this Act shall — (1) confer on any 1 [Kshettra Panchayat] or 1 [Zila Panchayat] any right in respect of any work or institution carried out and maintained by any agency not under the control of such 1 [Kshettra Panchayat] or 1 [Zila Panchayat] ; or Certain powers in respect of 3 [Gram Panchayats] U. P. Act, XXVI of 1947 U. P. Act I of 1951 Power to sanction byelaws framed by 7 [Gram Panchayats] and their tax proposals U. P. Act XXVI of 1947 Savings in respect of jurisdiction of 1[Zila Panchayat] and 1 [Kshettra Panchayats]
