2 . Subs. by sec. 61 of U.P. Act No. 09 of 1994. (2) A 1 [Zila Panchayat] may similarly delegate to a 1 [Kshettra Panchayat] and a 1 [Kshettra Panchayat] to the 1 [Zila Panchayat] any of its power or functions under this Act. (3) The State Government may at any time direct that any power or function of the 1[Zila Panchayat] shall be transferred to the 1 [Kshettra Panchayat] or the 2[Gram Panchayat] in the district, that any power or function of the 1[Kshettra Panchayats] shall be transferred to the 2[Gram Pramukh] or that any power or function of the 1 [Zila Panchayat] shall be transferred to the 1[Zila Panchayat] and of the 2[Gram Pramukh] to the 1 [Kshettra Panchayat] or the 1 [Zila Panchayat] .
