4 . Omit by sec. 9 of U.P. Act No. 44 of 2007. Establishment and incorporation of 1[Zila Panchayat] inclusion a 1[Zila Panchayat] was exercising jurisdiction over such area, the provisions of sub-section (3) shall apply as if the area newly included were a new district and the 1[Zila Panchayat] newly constituted for the enlarged district were the new 1 [Zila Panchayat] for the purpose of the sub -section.
