52. (1) The Pramukh shall have general control over the Khand Vikas Adhikari. (2) All other officers and servants employed with the 1 [Kshettra Panchayat] shall work under the general control of the Khand Vikas Adhikari. (3) Officers and other servants of the 1 [Kshettra Panchayats] shall work under such immediate control as the State Government may specify.
