Section 14

(1) If any dispute arises as to whether a person is a member of the Kshettra 1[Kshettra Panchayat] under 2[clause (a)] 5 of sub-section (1) of section 6, the dispute shall be referred in the manner prescribed to the State Government shall be final and binding.
