7 . Subs. by sec. 123(b) of U. P. Act no. 09 of 1994. U. P. Act XXVI of 1947 Provided that the amendment of section 37 of the Untied Provinces Panchayat Raj Act, 1947, shall take effect form such date as may be specified by the State Government by notification in the Gazette and different dates may be specified in respect of different districts. Repeal U. P. Act X of 1922 U. P. Act I of 1914 U. P. Act XXII of 1958
