3 . Omit. by sec. 87(b) of U. P. Act no. 09 of 1994. (4) The Transfer and the recording of periodical entries in the character rolls of officers and other servants employed with a 1 [Kshettra Panchayat] and the grant of casual leave to them shall be governed by rules in this behalf made by the State Government.
